Knypersley Reservoir

Knypersley is water shared with Cheshire anglers association that has been under their control for many years. Dug in around 1830 as a supply feed to the Cauldon canal this water holds a fine head of bream roach carp and pike amongst others. It rarely fails to provide a good days sport and must be one of the most picturesque waters on any angling clubs ticket. A look at match results will show that Knypersley produces good weights whatever the time of year and a specimen pike is always a possibility.
