Huntley Wood Pool

Part of a working quarry Huntley Wood is a recent acquisition to the society. The pool itself depends for its water content on the pumping of the quarry workings; this ensures a constant water change and quite a stable temperature. The effect this has on the sport is that even when all other waters fail to produce fish Huntley "does the business". Stocked with carp, chub, perch, and many other species this is a water to try when you need your spirits lifting. Once you have tired of the small stock try shifting up to slightly larger baits and watch the bigger fish appear.
